Startup Social Responsibility (SSR)

Giving back to society beyond financial support… Philanthropy need not start with CSR mandate or when in surplus…

Qutrix believes that companies engaging in social responsibility activities in startup stage is essential for setting up the culture of the company. We think that philanthropy need not start due to CSR mandate or when the company earns surplus.

This creates ample opportunity for employees to look aspects beyond business goals and lead a difference in human lives however small it may be. Qutrix SSR is purely a voluntary driven action. We do not encourage receiving calls demanding contributions. However, we shall review and consider genuine requests coming from NGOs seeking any essential non-financial aid/support by writing to us at ssr@qutrix.io

Qutrix Celebrated “Engineer’s Day” On 15th Sep’23 With A Touch Of SSR Initiative

On September 15th, 2023, in honor of Engineer’s Day, Qutrix organized an event that was filled with joy, purpose and camaraderie. This event embarked as our first on-site virtual gathering after the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The event commenced around 4 p.m on the 15th; all Qutrixians remotely logged off early from work to join the event. Our team started to walk around 4:30 p.m. Although we were physically distanced, we stayed connected throughout the walk via a group video call, ensuring that the sense of togetherness stayed. Our celebration was not limited to the employees as they were encouraged to invite their families and friends. It was such a delight to meet Pranakha’s daughter, Keerthana’s daughter, Sai’s brother and Vijay’s family. This event gave each member the opportunity to get to know the places their colleagues live in. It was a visual treat to see everything from mountains to beaches to ghats. People laughed and joked as they virtually walked together. As it was also a SSR walk, a few team members also took the initiative to help the needy and distributed some rice or fed some stray animals during the walk. Some even went to community places like old-age homes to empathize and connect.

All of the organization’s members were able to interact, communicate, and spend time together outside of work. It was truly a joyous event for everyone.
